What you're buying

A monthly subscription to the paid features of the PinProspect browser extension: unlimited export rows, the website lookup quota shown on your plan, and the extras listed on the pricing page. Billing is monthly in USD through PayPal, and you can cancel at any time. Your licence keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds

If the extension doesn't do what this site says it does, write to us within 14 days of a payment and we'll refund it.

How you may use the data

PinProspect collects business contact details that are already published. You agree to:

• follow the marketing and privacy law that applies to you and to the people you contact — GDPR and PECR in the UK and EU, CAN-SPAM in the US, CASL in Canada, and their equivalents elsewhere;
• identify yourself honestly in outreach, say why you are writing, and honour opt-outs immediately;
• not contact personal addresses, and not use the data for spam, harassment, or anything unlawful;
• not resell or republish the collected data as a database or list product.

You are the data controller for anything you export. We are not.

Fair use of the lookup quota

The website lookup quota is per licence, for your own prospecting. Automating the API outside the extension, sharing a key across an organisation beyond the device limit, or reselling lookups will get the licence suspended.

Third-party sites

The extension reads pages your browser has already loaded. You are responsible for complying with the terms of any website you use it on. Mapping providers restrict automated collection of their data; if that matters to you, use the OpenStreetMap area search, whose data is licensed for reuse under ODbL.

Availability

This is a small product run by a small team. We aim to keep the API up, but there is no uptime guarantee. If a browser or a website changes and breaks a feature, we will fix it or, if we can't, tell you plainly and refund the unused period.

Liability

The software is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous three months.
