Turn a local business search into a lead list
Search the map for “dentists in Austin”, press one button, and get a clean CSV: name, category, address, phone, website, rating and reviews. PinProspect then tells you which of those businesses actually need what you sell.
Chrome Web Store listing coming soon How it works
Free plan exports 20 rows per search. No account needed to try it.
The part other extractors leave to you
Prospect flags
Every lead is scored and flagged: no website, a Facebook page instead of a site, a free site builder, unclaimed listing, no HTTPS, not mobile-friendly, copyright stuck in 2016. Sort by best prospects and the businesses that need web work are at the top.
Email finder
Pro visits each business's own website — the pages they publish for customers to contact them — and pulls the public email and social links. It reads robots.txt and takes it slowly, because it runs under our name.
No duplicate outreach
Agency remembers what you already exported, across searches and months, and can hide those rows. That memory stays in your browser.
Two sources, one list
Map scan reads the results your browser is already showing, including the details panel for phone numbers and opening hours. Area search queries OpenStreetMap by business type and town — no map page involved, and the data is licensed for reuse. Use either, or both; duplicates merge.

Questions
- Do I need an account?
- No. The free plan works as soon as the extension is installed. Paying gives you a licence key, which you paste into the side panel.
- Where do my leads go?
- Nowhere. Scans, exports and the "already exported" memory live in your browser. Our server only sees your licence key, a random install id, and the website addresses you ask it to check for emails.
- Can I use the emails for cold outreach?
- Business contact details, yes, with care: GDPR/PECR in the UK and EU, CAN-SPAM in the US. Identify yourself, explain why you are writing, and honour opt-outs. Don't resell the data as a database — see the acceptable use terms.
- What happens if the extension is removed from the store?
- Area search keeps working — it uses OpenStreetMap and doesn't depend on any map page. Paying customers would get the extension as a direct download and, if it came to that, a refund of the unused period.
